Complaint and Feedback

To ensure we can review, follow up on, and process your complaint promptly, please complete all required information and submit it with any supporting documents. Rest assured, your complaint will be handled with the attention and professionalism it deserves, in accordance with our internal procedures.

Complaint Review Process and Timeline:

Once your complaint and all related documents are received, it will be reviewed, and an appropriate decision will be made. You can expect to be informed of this decision within a day and up to15 days. If the nature of your complaint requires more in-depth investigation, this period may be extended once for an additional 15 days. However, the total time taken to process your complaint will not exceed 30 days from the date you submitted it. Please note that if any documents are missing, the time spent waiting for you to provide them will not be included in this response timeframe.

How to Submit Your Complaint:

You can submit your complaint to the ABC Investments Complaint Follow-up Unit through various channels:
  1. Drop-off Box: Place your written complaint in the customer complaint box located at the main entrance of the company.

  3. By Phone: Call the customer complaint hotline at +962 6 5629300.  Extension 3850 to reach the Head of the Legal & Compliance Department or extension 3834 for the Head of the Credit & Internal Control Department.

  6. Through the Website: Submit your complaint via the company's official website:  www.abci.com.jo.
  7. In Person: You can visit the Legal & Compliance Department directly. If they are unavailable, you can speak with the Head of the Credit & Internal Control Department..
